Profile-Web35percentAs a mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, seamstress, artist, book reviewer and creator of possibilities. I believe the thoughts I think and the stories I tell to myself and others create my life.

I live with Sjögren’s syndrome and other autoimmune diseases but they do not define me or control my life.

When I am not creating costumes, reading and writing book reviews, playing with fabric, leather, paint, beads or my dog, you will find me on Face Book playing Castle Age and messaging my FB friends.

I have a home-based sewing business called Teri’s Unique Stitching, LLC as well as a Freelance Costume Stitcher for the entertainment industry.

I have a consulting business called Teri's Unique Stitching, LLC where I am a Freelance Costume Stitcher for the entertainment industry and a Sewing Educator teaching custom dressmaking, costumes, machine embroidery and sergers. As a sideline I am a professional book reviewer. My book reviews are about emotion, how did the book effect me, did I get a life lesson, was it believable, and was it impactful. I usually give high ratings because I am very choosy with what I select to read.
